RETURNS & REFUNDS

To return any Product, you will need to send us an email to [email protected] Once we receive your email, we will reply you with a return number including other relevant information.

Glammar does not give refunds for reasons such as a change of mind or a wrong selection of Product; therefore, you are advised to choose the Product carefully. You may choose to exchange or refund if goods are damaged, described wrongly, differs from the sample on the website or performs other functions other than as described on the website.

Please, keep the original receipt given to you as evidence of order. You must return the Product in the original form and they must not be used or opened unless they are faulty. You must make any return within 14 days after delivery unless the Product is faulty and comes with a warranty period.

AMR allows returns but charges a 20% handling and restocking fee, also return shipping must be covered by the purchaser and freight paid by the customer will not be refunded.

The warranties contained in every Product are that of the manufacturers and not of Glammar and these warranties are valid for 12 months from date of purchase

Glammar does not warrant that it has control over the manufacturers’ warranties and repairs. We will endeavor to do our best and ensure warranties and repairs are conducted in a timely manner, whilst updating you throughout the process. If the Product is not repairable, we provide you with the option to choose a replacement or full refund.

The warranty must be lodged with Glammar directly, If you communicate with the manufacturer directly, you release Glammar of all liability claims.

WE HAVE A BACK-TO-BASE WARRANTY ON ALL OUR PRODUCTS.  Once you have paid the postage fee and the warranty claim is approved, we will notify you  through your preferred contact method and we will repair the product and then ship the product back to you at the expense of Glammar. If however, the claim regarding the warranty is rejected by the manufacturer, you will have to pay for the repair of the product if you require the repair, and also pay for the return shipping cost. For dead-on-arrival Products, you can choose between repair, replacement or refund including shipping.

For Products that are intentionally damaged or used negligently by you, Glammar shall deny you of warranty or repair.
